With the management team joining the shareholding structure alongside key shareholders, this strategic move reflects a clear ambition: to accelerate development, double the size of La Maison Partners, and establish a unique model in a rapidly evolving private equity sector.

The capital restructuring is driven by the management team’s entry into the shareholder base, led by Amélie Finaz and supported by Maud Le Net. This equity participation demonstrates shareholder confidence and a strong commitment that extends the momentum built in recent years.

To execute its strategic plan, the leadership team is backed by renewed support from its historical shareholders, most notably the Dassault group and family, founding shareholders of La Maison. They reaffirm their commitment to La Maison Partners and will continue to actively support its growth. Adrien Dassault, who has worked alongside the management team since 2021, will play a more prominent role in governance.

The management team also welcomes a new strategic shareholder with an industrial and financial background: the Philippson family, through its operating holding PIC1871, represented by its CEO Jacques-Martin Philippson. Coming from a long line of banker-entrepreneurs — founders of the Philippson Bank in 1871, which later became Degroof and then Degroof Petercam — PIC1871 brings recognized expertise in supporting private equity firms. Its entry into the capital and governance marks a new chapter in La Maison Partners’ history, contributing a complementary entrepreneurial vision.

Amélie Finaz de Villaine, Executive Chair of La Maison Partners, stated: “The capital restructuring marks a transformative milestone, launching La Maison Partners into a new chapter of our development. The entry of the leadership team into the capital, the arrival of a committed industrial and financial actor — the Philippson family — and the continued support of historical shareholders like the Dassault group and family reflect a shared desire to grow a unique, agile, and ambitious model. We remain faithful to La Maison’s DNA while deeply renewing our means of action.”

This shift in shareholding strengthens La Maison Partners’ entrepreneurial positioning as an agile and innovative platform. With over €700 million in assets under management, it has invested in nearly 60 companies and fund management teams through two main strategies: Venture Capital and Growth/LBO. The strengthening of the leadership team and ongoing capital operation are underpinned by a shared belief: La Maison Partners’ model is particularly well-suited to a world now dominated by structural uncertainty.

For over ten years, La Maison Partners has demonstrated the strength of its model, founded — under the guidance of its family shareholders — on the ability to form lasting partnerships with the best teams, regardless of investment theses or geography. Thanks to its agility and its carefully managed risk diversification, La Maison Partners stands out as a resilient player amid persistent market volatility.

Now, empowered by a strengthened team and new capital structure, La Maison Partners is ready to enter a new phase of development and aims to double in size through both organic and external growth. The strategic roadmap will be unveiled in the fall upon completion of the transaction.

*****

About La Maison Partners

La Maison Partners is a private equity management firm that supports entrepreneurs and high-value creation projects across multiple geographies (Europe, the United States, Asia…).
