A group of investors, led by La Maison Partners, has joined forces with its long-standing leader, Jean-Christophe Collin, to drive the company\u2019s growth.<\/p>\n<p>Founded 70 years ago, Protec Groupe is a French industrial specialist in material treatment and finishing across aerospace, defense, space, rail, energy, and luxury sectors. Based in the \u00cele-de-France region, the group generates over \u20ac25 million in revenue through four industrial sites employing nearly 250 people.<\/p>\n<p>For the first time, Protec Groupe is opening its capital to La Maison Partners, accompanied by other investors, who are acquiring a significant minority stake.
